This product is 80~160 or 160~300 spherical alumina which is mainly used as a fluidized bed catalyst carrier,medical intermediate decolorizer,antibiotic decolorizer and washing agent.
n particular,the catalyst prepared with this alumina has the following advantages compared with the fixed bed catalyst:
1,good mass and heat transfer effect,high reaction rate.The surface area of the fuidized bed catalyst with the same mass is tens of times that of the fixed bed catalyst,so the difusion resistance is greatly reduced.
2,less side reactions.The contact between catalyst and reaction liquid is uniform,the bed temperature is uniform,the reaction liquid will not appear groove flow,bias flow,local overheating or catalyst caking and other abnormal phenomena,so as to reduce the occurrence of side reactions.
3,strong production capacity.The production capacity of a single set ofuidized bed is 2 to 3 times that of a fixed bed under the same equipment conditions.Therefore,in the case of a certain design capacity,the use of fuidized bed can reduce the volume of equipment,reduce the floor area,and reduce the project investment.
